Residents and tourists in Prague will have a unique opportunity to visit the ceremonial halls of Prague Castle, which are typically off-limits to the general public.
The Office of the President of the Czech Republic, responsible for the management of the castle complex, made an announcement about this special event on Tuesday.
This event is scheduled for Saturday, April 12. Guests can access the site from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with the last entry allowed at 5:30 PM) via Matthias Gate (Matyášova brána). No prior bookings are necessary.
Attendees will be permitted to enter the state rooms of the New Royal Palace, where the President of the Czech Republic holds meetings with foreign leaders and hosts significant events. Entry to these rooms is generally limited, even to those who pay for a ticket.
Security Guidelines: To facilitate a smooth entry process, organizers kindly ask that visitors avoid bringing large backpacks, suitcases, or baby strollers, as these items will not be permitted inside the castle.
