Discover the Beauty of Czech Nature at Prague Airport’s Stunning Photography Gallery!

On April 3, 2025, Václav Havel Airport in Prague has made an exciting advancement in enhancing the cultural atmosphere for its guests by unveiling a brand-new photography gallery.
In partnership with the Czech Photo organization, passengers and visitors can now explore a complimentary exhibition that takes them on a visual journey through the captivating scenery of the Czech Republic.
The opening exhibition showcases the most stunning images from the prestigious Czech Nature Photo competition, revealing the breathtaking landscapes and rich diversity of the nation’s natural beauty.
This gallery is situated on the ground floor of Terminal 2, conveniently located close to the connection building leading to Terminal 1, making it easy for travelers and visitors to access.
The photographs on display have been carefully chosen from the “Award for the Best Photograph of Czech Nature” category, highlighting past winners of the Czech Nature Photo competitions.
This exhibition features eight years of the competition’s legacy, showcasing breathtaking portrayals of Czech flora and fauna created by talented photographers like Petr Bambousek, Vladimír Čech Jr., and Vít Lukáš.
These remarkable photographs offer a window into the natural environment that characterizes the Czech Republic, emphasizing the vital relationship humans share with the world around them.
This development is part of a broader movement seen across many airports worldwide, where cultural and artistic exhibitions are being integrated into their environments. This approach not only enhances the travel experience but also transforms transit spaces into attractions worth visiting.
Guests can freely enjoy the photographs on display, which are available in both printed and digital formats, until October 2025.
