Bolt Drive Breathes New Life into the Timeless Pistachio Delight!
Bolt Drive is excited to share that we have added the iconic first-generation Škoda Fabia, now in its memorable pistachio colour, to our vehicle fleet.
This addition beautifully merges the charm of nostalgia with cutting-edge technology, providing a unique driving experience for every enthusiast of automotive history.
Do you recall this classic? The Fabia showcased in the delightful “Fantasy Green” hue (paint code 5Y5Y) captured the affection of the Czech public around the turn of the millennium, despite the limited number produced.
From 1999 to 2002, just 8,116 units were manufactured, which included 6,954 hatchbacks, 1,156 estates, and only 6 saloon models. Today, this colour rarity is regarded as a collectible treasure, cherished on fan pages and within the hearts of drivers everywhere. Bolt is committed to reviving that fondness on the roads—full speed ahead!

To bring this 25-year-old classic up to modern car-sharing standards, our technicians have outfitted it with the latest technological advancements that the Fabia could only have dreamed of back when it was first released:
● Advanced GPS tracking: Allows for real-time monitoring of location, speed, and fuel level, ensuring effective vehicle management.
● Carvaloo AI sensors: Automatically identify any vehicle damage, boosting safety and providing detailed information on any incidents.
● Modern touchscreen radio: Compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, facilitating effortless smartphone integration.
Under the hood is a powertrain familiar to numerous Czech drivers—the dependable 1.4 MPI petrol engine, paired with a manual transmission. It’s straightforward, requires minimal maintenance, and delivers up to 60 hp: making it the perfect companion for daily commutes and nostalgic weekend outings.
To get behind the wheel, you will need to meet the following criteria:
● A minimum age of 20 and at least one year of driving experience.
● A record of at least five completed trips with Bolt Drive.
“We have successfully bridged the gap between history and modern technology. This initiative is also the first of its kind across all Bolt Drive markets. Additionally, it is a wallet-friendly option—prices start at CZK 2 per minute and CZK 3 per kilometre. We believe this venture will attract a wide range of users, and if it is successful, we already have more similar projects planned,” concludes Fabián Strecker.
