On Saturday, 31 May 2025, fans of barbecue and beer from various small breweries will gather in front of the Antonín Dvořák Theatre. Chefs will showcase traditional Czech barbecue staples like sausages, ermine, and grilled ribs. Additionally, you can anticipate international delights that have become favorites locally, such as American BBQ, Vietnamese pork belly, grilled halloumi cheese, juicy burgers, and hot dogs. International Cuisine at the Embassy Festival

The Embassy Festival is the largest international street food festival. This event, where embassies, honorary consulates, and chambers of commerce showcase their countries’ gastronomy, will occur in Prague 6 at Kulacek (Victory Square) on Saturday June 7. Each country will set up stands featuring authentic traditional dishes often prepared with less common, unique ingredients and spices. Embassy staff, including ambassadors and their families, as well as nationals living in Prague, will often participate in cooking. Some embassies will even have well-known chefs helping with the dishes. The festival is designed to resemble a Farmers’ Market, aiming to highlight quality ingredients and gourmet food. Attendees can also enjoy various beverages, ice creams, sweets, and desserts.
