The historic spa buildings of Kyselka are managed by the public benefit organization Lázně Kyselka. Since 2013, they have been working diligently to preserve and restore these buildings with support from Mattoni 1873 a.s., the Czech Republic’s Ministry of Culture, and the Karlovy Vary Region, along with private contributions. The restoration plan is organized in four phases. Projects include essentials like Mattoni’s Villa No. 76, Spa Restaurant No. 75, Otto Pavilion No. 74, Henry’s Court No. 73, Swiss Court No. 37, Villa Vilemina No. 47, Spa administration No. 36, and Villa Austria No. 28. They are also working on restoring the spa parks, gardens, and surrounding areas, along with laying down necessary utilities while closely collaborating with conservation authorities.

Restoring these historic buildings is just one aspect of the ongoing efforts, which, although expensive, are vital. Equally significant is the goal to create a cohesive collection of renovated structures, forming a vibrant living environment that will rejuvenate this remarkable location. Once the Kyselka Spa is fully operational, it should be able to cover its own operational and maintenance costs, ensuring sustainable development in the area. The Kyselka Spa site is designed to provide services for passing boaters, cyclists, thrilling day trips, as well as weekend getaways and week-long family vacations. A wide range of visitors will be drawn in by the mineral springs, rich history, stunning architecture, and beautiful nature.
