Dining in the Vineyards is unlike typical catering. It provides a special evening experience, crafted for a specific time, location, and group, and this unique experience won’t happen again. Everything is planned meticulously so that every detail fits into a beautiful moment—from where you are to the chef’s choices, as well as the music and wine. This experience isn’t about extravagance but rather finding harmony. It focuses on making memories in a remarkable location, featuring wines that tell stories and delicious food that complements the evening. Each night is carefully customized—with unique menus, wines from local vineyards, the presence of winemakers, and a cozy atmosphere without any formalities.

Dining in Valtice and Dobšice
Imagine a beautifully set table under the shade of a large hemlock tree in the chateau garden, where you will enjoy a four-course meal paired with wines from spectacular vineyards on a memorable summer evening. This is the vision for the first event in the Dining in the Vineyards series, which combines wine, fine dining, and the stunning locations of South Moravia. The premiere will take place on Thursday, July 10, 2025, in the garden of the Anton Florian Chateau Hotel in Valtice, with tickets priced at 2,990 CZK.
The second Dining experience will take place on September 4, 2025, at the Lahofer winery terrace in Dobšice, near Znojmo. This modern architectural marvel seamlessly integrates with the surrounding vineyards. Guests will also experience a four-course seasonal dinner paired with wines straight from the Lahofer, Hanzel, and Waldberg wineries. Breathtaking views over the vineyards and live music will enhance the ambiance of the evening. This experience at the Lahofer will cost 3,490 CZK per person.
Each of these evenings caters to a limited number of guests—30 attendees in Valtice and 60 in Dobšice. Your ticket covers the full menu, selected wines, and the entire program. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, alternative options are available in Dobšice, or the event may be cancelled in advance for Valtice.
