Adventure Awaits: Explore the Treetop Trail in Janské Lázně This Summer with Acrobats, Birds of Prey, and Fairy Tale Creatures
After two exciting holiday months, a wonderful schedule of activities is ready for everyone visiting the Krkonoše Tree Crown Trail. This program will kick off on Tuesday, 1 July 2025 with a special event called Craft Day. People can anticipate a unique activity almost every single day throughout the holiday season. Therefore, if you find yourself in the Krkonoše region during the summer, you can visit the Trail multiple times and discover something fresh and exciting, ranging from sporting events to educational activities and plenty of fun events.
One of the standout events that marks the start of two months packed with holiday enjoyment is the birthday celebration of the Trails that wind through the treetops in the Giant Mountains. On this special day, children can enter for free and have the chance to meet their beloved mascots, Emil and Emilka. This year, for the very first time, performers such as acrobats and jugglers from Cirkidz will entertain visitors on the Trail, allowing everyone to learn how to juggle!
In July, each Monday on the Trail will focus on the fascinating world of raptors, while Tuesdays will highlight demonstrations of traditional crafts. Thursdays will be dedicated to enlightening education about the local nature through guided tours, and Fridays will return to enchanting fairy tales. Saturdays will invite sports enthusiasts, and Sundays will be perfect for those who enjoy the beautiful combination of music and the natural environment. Furthermore, visitors can now experience a unique project known as Zoo in a suitcase in the serene surroundings of Krkonoše every Wednesday throughout July. This innovative initiative allows guests of all ages to learn about the lives of predators, reptiles, insects, and small mammals, and even enables them to get up close and personal with some of the animals that they usually only see behind the glass of zoo enclosures.
