Experience the Thrilling Summer Anenské Glass Festival in Jizerka

The traditional Annen Fest will take place in the village of Jizerka on Saturday 26 July 2025 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.. Attendees can enjoy various sales and demonstrations of glass work and other classic crafts and products, plus the founder of the glassworks, F. A. Riedl, will be present, and a historic bicycle expedition will arrive from the Polish town of Orle. There will also be an exciting program planned for the entire day.

Vendors typically offer and often create traditional products in front of guests. Expect to see plenty of the exquisite jewellery and handcrafted figurines being made right at the furnace in the old Glassworks, as well as blown glass. Alongside these beloved attractions, this year’s festival will feature the Old Bohemian Jarmark Band and a puppet theatre. Additionally, you will find other traditional crafts well represented, like wood products, metal items, different kinds of ceramics, wool toys, crocheted hats, gingerbread houses, and handmade knives. Naturally, food and drinks of various flavors will also be available at the stalls and restaurants.

Jizerka will become a gathering spot for artisans, tourists, and nature enthusiasts. We invite you to join for a fantastic day filled with craftsmanship, unique sports, cultural activities, music, and delicious food surrounded by a protected natural landscape!

You can reach Jizerka on foot, by bike, or by shuttle

glassmaking pilgrimage to JizerkaShuttle service is available to the highest situated village in the Czech Republic from Kořenov. Please note that the parking capacity at Mořina and Horní Polubný is limited.

From the Kořenov train station, a shuttle will run from 9 a.m. to 5:25 p.m. and will pass through Horní Polubný (stopping at the Sport Hotel). The integrated fare system and the transportation terms of IDOL apply to this route.
