Dine Above Prague: Elevate Your Experience

Dinner in the Sky or feasting in the clouds provides a uniquely designed crane experience in Prague, allowing romantic guests to dine 50 meters above the ground. This popular event is now located in the park Mrázovka, which is situated close to The Falcon and the base station of the NH Prague City hotel cable car.

From high above, visitors will enjoy breathtaking views of Smíchov, featuring the Vltava River and the opposite banks showcasing Vyšehrad, Podskalím, and the Pankrác skyscrapers. On the other side, they’ll also see Petrin Hill and Strahov.

This year’s menu is crafted by the talented Slovak chef Peter Slačkař, who is highly regarded as one of the most skilled chefs of his generation. He has gained experience working in various top-notch restaurants and played a role as a chef and minority co-owner at a bistro called Baroza in Petržalka, Bratislava, turning it into one of the most notable establishments in Slovakia. Later, he collaborated with renowned bartender Erik Lorincz to help develop the drink menu at his stylish bar in London, Kwãnt. He also served as the chef for the hotel Carlton located in downtown Bratislava. His career includes five years spent abroad, working in places like Australia, Baden-Baden in Germany, and Vienna, as well as internships at prestigious restaurants such as Gastrologik, Belcanto, Lyle’s, and Da Vittorio. He is currently getting ready to launch his own restaurant.

This year, guests can enjoy its menu in a conventional version or tailored for vegetarians and individuals who require gluten-free options. Similar to past events, guests can choose among a three-course lunch, a four-course dinner, or a special sunset dinner, starting at a price of 3190 CZK per person, which includes drinks and a welcome beverage. A shorter experience featuring dessert and prosecco is also available for 2000 CZK.
