Lukova Castle Day: Your Exciting Escape from Boredom with Fun Activities and Guided Tours!
Lukov Castle is recognized as one of the most well-known castle ruins in the Czech Republic. Thanks to the efforts of many volunteers, it has not faded into history, and has been slowly undergoing reconstruction for nearly 40 years. Over time, interest in the castle and the various activities held here has been steadily increasing.

During this special annual event, you will get to see how the castle has changed over the past year. The exhibition “Lukov Castle in the Changes of Time” will be available from 10am to 5pm on the castle grounds, alongside the exhibition on the 40 years of archaeological research at Lukov Castle. At 3:30 p.m., there will be a spiritually-focused program for visitors at the castle, which includes Mass in the chapel of St. John the Baptist.
