Reflections on Events Club Forum 2025: Prague Reigns as the Global Hub for MICE Tourism!

The event saw the participation of 144 service providers and 126 invited buyers. Western Europe made up the largest segment, accounting for just under 40%, followed by Southern Europe at around 20%. Northern and Eastern Europe closely followed suit. Additionally, we welcomed representatives from across the globe, including North and South America, the Middle East, Asia, and even Africa.
Networking, Business, and Inspiration
Each service provider was able to engage in 20 to 40 meetings with buyers, along with 15 networking events. The program also featured three interactive learning sessions designed to provide inspiration and practical insights.
“The Events Club Forum platform, which connects credible clientele from around the world, is unique in its approach. It combines aspects of B2B meetings with an exhibition environment, allowing participants to customize their involvement according to their specific needs,” says Tereza Hofman, Director of Product Management, Research, and B2B Cooperation.
The event’s positive atmosphere was mirrored in the feedback received.
“Up to 97% of buyers would recommend participation to their colleagues after this year’s event, and 98% expressed satisfaction with the outcomes of their meetings. This highlights not only the high quality of the buyers but also the exceptional organization essential for such events,” adds Tereza Hofman.
Prague Ranks in the Top 5, Regions Gaining Momentum
Prague continues to rank among the TOP 5 global destinations for MICE events, boasting excellent infrastructure and public transport that make it one of the best-connected cities in Europe. At the same time, attention is shifting toward other regions in the country—particularly South Moravia and Moravian-Silesian regions, which have earned strong international recognition in recent years.
“South Moravia, Prague, and the Moravian-Silesian Region participated in this year’s edition, with representatives positively noting the interest from foreign buyers. We are thrilled about this trend of decentralization and the increasing interest in regional tourism. It exemplifies how tourism can enhance development not just in the capital but also in other areas of Czechia,” concludes Tereza Hofmanová.
What’s Ahead?
The organizers are already gearing up for the fifth anniversary edition, scheduled for 30 August to 1 September 2026, when Prague will once again host professionals from the global MICE tourism sector.
