“Thanks to these names, I believe that the next Composers Summit Prague will fulfill our ambition to welcome the most renowned Hollywood composers of film music, TV series, and other orchestral works to our capital city,” says event director Alexandr Smutný. “The Summit fosters a unique platform for amateurs and experts to create new works, share experiences, and establish valuable collaborations. We aim to promote a healthy competitive environment in audiovisual music, strengthen ties between Czech and international artists, and position the Czech Republic as a center of cultural and creative industries with great international prestige,” he adds.

The event has gained significant support from various partners. “At the PPF Foundation, we seek projects that open pathways for Czech talent and bring international inspiration to our country. The concept of Composers Summit Prague aligns perfectly with these goals, allowing Czech composers to showcase their artistry to the foreign audiovisual industry and establish international collaborations,” says Jana Tomas Sedláčková, a member of the PPF Foundation’s Board of Trustees.

This year, Nova Group has also joined as a key media partner. “Music in audiovisual projects is vital to the viewer’s experience. We are excited to support Composers Summit Prague, which facilitates collaboration between producers and composers,” states Michal Reitler, Director of Development at Nova Group.

“Composers Summit Prague showcases the exceptional cultural and creative potential of the Czech Republic. Film and TV music, known worldwide, will echo in Prague—the heart of Europe, where iconic film and music projects have thrived. Such events bolster the Czech Republic’s image as an inspiring destination that fuses history, modern art, and contemporary audiovisual industry,” adds František Reismüller, Director of the Czech Tourist Authority – CzechTourism.
