Kick Off the Ski Season at Razula Resort in Velké Karlovice

The Ski Resort Razula is all set for the upcoming ski season. This resort is part of the Karlovice Resort Valachy and features three ski slopes connected to the local hotels Lanterna, Horal, and Galik. One of the slopes, which is located at the Horal Hotel, is specifically designed for children, ensuring a safe environment for them to enjoy. Additionally, there is a children’s area equipped with a 50-metre-long moving carpet, and visitors can take advantage of the Razulák Ski School services.

Starting on Saturday, 20 December 2025, the whole ski slope will be open, and skiing is expected to be one of the few options available in the Zlín Region. Currently, there is about 40 centimetres of mainly artificially made snow on the slope.

Ski resort Razula is famous for blending skiing with relaxation all in one spot, thanks to the thermal pools at the Wellness Horal relaxation center, which is right next to the family-friendly ski slope at the Horal Hotel.

Throughout the winter season, the resort hosts various events, such as children’s ski races, a night-time cross-country skiing race called Night Track Valachy, Masquerade Skiing, and a school for cross-country skiing.
