Discover the Enchanting Botanical Garden in Troja!

Botanical Garden of the Capital City of Prague is part of the initiative “New Year’s gift for the people of Prague.” On January 1, 2025, residents of Prague will be able to enjoy a reduced entry fee at selected city buildings managed by the City Hall of Prague. They can visit the Botanical Garden on January 1, 2026, for half the regular admission fee. Additionally, the Fata Morgana greenhouse will also welcome visitors on New Year’s Day.

Until February 15, 2026, you can explore the stunning Crystal Garden, a dazzling display of light and glass created by renowned glass artist Jiří Pačink featuring incredible installations. For the very first time, the Botanical Garden in Troja will be illuminated and adorned with grand glass installations inspired by themes from nature, including plants and animals. During the daytime, visitors can marvel at the beauty of the glass sparkling under the sun, while in the evenings, a remarkable light show will unfold. After enjoying a stroll through the Winter Garden, you can warm up with a mug of mulled wine or hot cider at St. Clare’s Wine Shop. The botanical garden operates from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
