It will open for the season on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, which is a little earlier than it did last year. The Kraví hora sports and leisure complex has been a hub for outdoor sports facilities in recent months. The swimming pool has gone through an extensive maintenance program to prepare for the new season. The pools have been cleaned, the condition of the equipment has been thoroughly checked, minor structural changes have been made, and the landscaping around the area has been tidied up. The maintenance work also included modernizing the complex, particularly focusing on updating the technical equipment. New improvements consist of enhanced swimming pool technology, water treatment pumps, and other sports facilities.

Brno swimming poolAdmission prices will stay the same as last year. A regular adult ticket costs 200 crowns. You can buy tickets either at the venue or online. Even those who aren’t registered can purchase tickets through the internet. Customers will find season tickets beneficial, as they save both time and money. Holders of season tickets can make reservations and purchases via their user profile. Plus, they get a bonus credit of 10% or 20% depending on how much they spend. The entry fees will then be adjusted based on the time spent at the swimming pool. There are also plans to set up self-service ticket machines and devices for collecting chip wristbands this summer to make check-in quicker for visitors. The outdoor swimming pool is expected to remain open at least until the end of the summer holidays.

The sports facilities at Kraví hora have some exciting events scheduled for this season: One of the highlights will occur in the local amphitheater, which is located at the back of the swimming pool. From June 15 to August 22, 2026, the amphitheater will feature the Summer Stage of Bolek Polívka’s Theatre. Additionally, on Wednesday, June 24, there will be an event named A Day with the Emergency Services.
