Take a run through the historical centre of Prague under the guidance of an experienced cross-country instructor. The routes are from 7 to 14 km long and can start right from your hotel.

Running with sticks

Practical training and exercising with running sticks. Half-day events take place at weekends in Prague’s Ladronka. If you don’t have your own sticks, you can rent some in your size to try out.
