Vietnamese cuisine is popular in Prague, with a number of authentic Vietnamese restaurants throughout the centre of the city. The Vietnamese community being quite large in the Czech Republic (Prague is home to thousands of Vietnamese immigrants), the majority of these restaurants are run by authentic Vietnamese owners but it’s quite difficult to find decent Vietnamese cooking. Our hot tip is to head for Pho Vietnam Tuan&Lan—although you will find an abundance of other equally decent places.
Pho Vietnam Tuan & Lan
This stand-up and takeaway Vietnamese restaurant without the possibility of sitting gets busy at lunchtime. All addicts get here for definitely the best Vietnamese-style pho soup in town, at very cheap prices. The menu features spicy beef with green beans, and beef with pho bo rice noodles, vegetarian disches and other Vietnamese specialities. Mains under 100 CZK.
